All orders are processed once the store closes.
Orders will ship directly to the address provided during checkout. We cannot accept payment or ship to an address outside of the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
Each order placed on this store will incur a processing fee, in addition to a $15 shipping fee for orders shipped directly to you.
Orders will not be accepted after the sale close deadline.
If an item you purchase becomes unavailable, you’ll be notified, and your credit card will be refunded.
Once your order ships, decorated items cannot be returned. Undecorated items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping to Game One.
For most Team Store orders, please allow 4-6 weeks from the store close date for your order to ship.
